1.Equipment Description

Foil Winding Machine, also named Foil Coil Winding Machine.

The foil coil takes different thickness copper or aluminum foil as conductor, wide strip insulation material as layer insulation to wind in the machine in roll size. The form of coil can be round, oval, rectangle etc. Each function of equipment provide enough support for making specification coil, which is strong in anti-shot circuit.

It adopts frequency conversion motor and PLC control system; HD operation screen carrys out conversation between people and machine; ball screw driving and direct ball guiding are also adopted.The machine has funcitons of auto-twine,clean, tension,and power memory etc. It is the essential equipment to produce such kind electrical products.
